Located at the gateway to Presque Isle State Park, TREC offers stunning views, flexible meeting spaces, and unique amenities like a 75-ft observation tower, immersive exhibits, and the Big Green Screen theater. Cole Family Conference Room

Our most versatile space that adapts to your event needs.  The Cole Family Conference Room is perfect for board meetings, breakout sessions, presentations or community gatherings.  With Wi-Fi, A/V equipment, and virtual capabilities, it's built for both in-person and hybrid sessions. 

$325 for a three-hour rental (includes additional one hour before and after for setup and teardown).

$75, each additional event hour.

 

Classroom 108

Our smaller space is perfect for workshops, classes, and smaller presentations. It's set-up classroom style, with heavy-duty surfaces and an in-room sink, making it perfect for any event that has a hands-on element.  Wi-Fi and 80" TV with HDMI connectivity make it a great space for presentations and small group sessions.

$150 for a three-hour rental (includes additional one hour before and after for setup and teardown).

$225 for a three-hour rental if taking place after 4:00 p.m. (includes additional one hour before and after for setup and teardown).

$50, each additional hour.

 

The Big Green Screen Theater

Make your next event unforgettable in Erie's only large-format theater! With 175 stadium-style seats and a stage beneath the towering screen, the Big Green Screen Theater is a powerful space for keynote presentations, film screenings, lectures, or even private movie nights. It supports DCP, Blu-ray, or HDMI inputs, and microphones and internet access are available—ideal for dynamic, cinematic experiences.

$425 for a three-hour rental (includes additional one hour before and after for setup and teardown).

$100, each additional hour. The Theater lobby is also available as an add-on for $75.

 

Theater Lobby

Connected to the outdoor patio, the Theater Lobby is an inviting space for mingling, refreshments, or pre/post-event receptions. Whether you're hosting a casual happy hour, setting up a buffet, or just offering guests a place to chat, this space elevates your event with ease and flexibility.

$150 for a three-hour event (includes one hour before and after for setup and teardown).

$225 for a three-hour rental if taking place after 4:00 p.m. (includes additional one hour before and after for setup and teardown).

$75, each additional hour.

$75 if adding on to a Big Green Screen Theater rental

 

Full Facility Rental

Hosting something big? Rent the entire first floor of TREC, including meeting rooms, exhibit spaces, theater, theater lobby, outdoor patio and common areas. It's ideal for festivals, corporate retreats, awards and recognition events or community-wide events. Let guests explore the exhibits, take in views from the 75-ft observation tower, and enjoy a truly one-of-a-kind venue—indoors and out.

$1,200 for a three-hour event (includes one hour before and after for setup and teardown).

$300, each additional hour.

Full facility rentals typically must start at 5:00 p.m. or later, but we are able to consider daytime full facility rentals Sundays and Mondays November 1 – March 31.
